All projects have a specific time, costs, scopes, resources, and limitations that require a complex planning, execution and management for them to be successful. In this sense, organizations need to choose and put into practice the appropriate project management approach.

Scrum is one of the most popular project management and product development agile methods and is applicable for portfolios, programs, projects, products, and services of any size, complexity and in any industry. It is a flexible, iterative, fast, and effective method that ensures transparency in communications, creates an environment of collective accountability, and progress and delivers value quickly.
