Scrum teams should be composed of 6 to 10 members. This is why some people think that the Scrum framework only applies to small projects. However, the Scrum approach can be scaled for use in large projects as well.
If there is a need to form a team of more than 10 people, there is always the possibility to create multiple Scrum teams working simultaneously on a project. What’s important in this case is to facilitate the flow of information and synchronization between the teams.
In other words, the logical approach of Scrum can be used to manage projects of any size, in any organization and any location.
